Agreement
By using Rose Ridge Digital’s website at roseridgedigital.com (the “Site”) or a project intake / approval link we send you, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or those links.
What this site is
The Site describes studio services and lets visitors contact us. Secure intake and brief-approval links are for invited project participants. The private owner workspace is for Rose Ridge Digital only—it is not a public client account product.
No guarantee of engagement
Submitting a contact form or completing intake does not create a binding project contract or obligate either party to proceed. Paid work begins only under a separate written proposal / statement of work and services agreement (and any required deposit).
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Site, intake links, or uploads
- Do not attempt to access the owner workspace or others’ project links without authorization
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Do not scrape or overload the Site in a way that harms availability
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, branding, and software are owned by Rose Ridge Digital or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission. Materials you submit for a project remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to evaluate and perform the work.
Portfolio
Unless a signed client agreement says otherwise, we may show completed public work and client business names in our portfolio and marketing.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Marketing descriptions of services are general; specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are only those in a signed SOW or proposal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rose Ridge Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or tools. Our total liability for Site-related claims is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Separate limits may apply under a signed client agreement for paid project work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Rose Ridge Digital principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Confirm state with counsel.]
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
