Who we are
Rose Ridge Digital (“we,” “us”) operates roseridgedigital.com and related project tools (secure intake and brief-approval links, and a private owner workspace). Contact: matt@roseridgedigital.com.
Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional business details, and your message.
- Project intake: answers you submit through a project-specific link (business details, goals, content notes, and similar), plus files you upload (logos, photos, PDFs, and similar).
- Brief approval: approval decisions and any notes you leave when reviewing a project brief.
- Technical / security: standard server logs and security signals needed to run the site (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the public site as of the date above.
- Owner workspace: authentication data for the studio owner via Clerk (not a public client login).
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and qualify potential projects
- Plan, design, and deliver website work you hire us for
- Send project-related emails (invites, status, approvals)
- Operate, secure, and improve the site and tools
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client intake content for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to host and run the product, including (as applicable): hosting/CDN, database storage, file storage for uploads, transactional email, authentication for the owner workspace, and optional AI tooling to help draft project briefs from intake you submit. Those providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention
Contact leads and project records are kept while useful for the engagement and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law or dispute.
Your choices
Email matt@roseridgedigital.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits (for example, records we must keep).
Children
The site and tools are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Related: Terms of Use. Client project contracts are separate written agreements and are not replaced by this policy.
